Pound cake smothered in creamy Dulce de Leche—the perfect pair that is crazy good!
For a recent dinner party, I baked miniature individual pound cakes topped with with a drizzle of Dulce de Leche. Guests adored this simple 5-ingredient treat, and I loved not spending the day in the kitchen!
This cake is also the perfect breakfast indulgence on any day! EnJOY!


POUND CAKE

you will need…

2 sticks salted butter, softened

1 2/3 cup sugar

2 cups all-purpose flour

5 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy–about 10 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla. Slowly incorporate flour. Bake in buttered bundt pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.


*Savvy Hint: When a recipe calls for you to “grease” a pan before baking, lightly coat your dish with softened butter in lieu of using a cooking spray. It tastes so. much. better…I promise!
