DE-LIC-IOUS. Below is Michael’s famous margarita recipe that has been labeled “The Retzer Rita” and is one for the books! CHEERS to Friday!

You will need…

(makes 6 margaritas)

1—12 ounce frozen limeade

1 jalapeno, remove ½ seeds

16 ounces Patron Silver Tequila

8 ounces Grand Marnier

2 cups ice

sea salt

chili powder

1 lime, cut into wedges

In a small saucepan, bring limeade and jalapeño to a boil. Turn off heat and steep for at least one hour (the longer the limeade steeps, the more potent the jalapeño will be in your margaritas). Combine infused limeade, tequila, grand marnier and ice in a blender and blend until well incorporated. To set the stage, mix salt and chili powder in a shallow bowl. Moisten the rim of your glass with a wedge of a lime, and roll the rim of your glass into salt mixture. Fill with margarita, and garnish with lime. EnJOY!
