Who knew just three ingredients could create such a perfectly tender pork loin?!
Grilled Pork Loin
you will need…
1 whole pork loin
1 16-ounce bottle soy sauce
4 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
Marinate pork loin with soy sauce & steak seasoning in plastic bag overnight in refrigerator. Set aside marinade. Prior to cooking, remove pork loin from refrigerator, and allow meat to come to room temperature (approximately 30 minutes). Sear pork loin on hot grill—400 degrees—on all sides to seal in juices. Place pork loin in aluminum pan, pour marinade over meat, and cover with aluminum foil. Reduce heat to 250 degrees, and cook over indirect heat until meat reaches 140 degrees, approximately 30 minutes on each side.
*Savvy Hint: when turning meat, use tongs in lieu of a fork to prevent piercing the meat, and to retain moisture
Remove from heat. Allow meat to rest for 30 minutes before slicing. Serve on rolls.
