you will need…
1 rack of ribs
1/2 cup apple cider
3/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Season ribs with dry seasoning, covering all sides. In the bottom of a broiler pan, pour apple cider and water. Place ribs on top of pan. Cover with aluminum foil, and steam in oven for three hours. Remove ribs from oven, and allow to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. Smother all sides of ribs with BBQ glaze, and grill at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes on each side.
