I’ll credit my father-in-law with introducing me to lamb with his signature Grilled Lamb Chops. It’s one of his favorite dishes and has become one of my favorites as well!

When creating the menu for our Herb-Inspired Dinner Party, I knew I wanted to use one of our favorite pantry go-to’s: Herbs de Provence! The Herbs de Provence provided an excellent favor filled crust that perfectly accompanied the smokiness of the lamb!

Fancy title? Too complicated to make at home? Well, think again! This delicious entrée is the star-of-the-show at any dinner party…and you won’t believe how simple this is!

you will need…

4 tablespoons Herbs de Provence

6 Lamb Chops

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Start by preparing your grill. You will want your grill smoking hot!

Brush lamb chops with extra virgin olive oil on all sides. Coat lamb chops evenly with 1 teaspoon of Herbs de Provence on all sides. Place seasoned lamb chops on grill rack and cook for 3-4 minutes on both sides until it reaches your desired temperature. EnJOY!
